Executive Summary Key Findings & Recommendations

🔴 High cancellation rate

37.3% of orders (593, worth 174,952.29 SAR) were canceled — more than any other single status besides Complete. This is the single biggest revenue leak in the funnel and warrants a root-cause review (payment failures, stock-outs, delivery delays, or COD-related cancellations).

🟢 BNPL now drives ~44% of GOV

Tabby and Tamara combined account for 206,661.91 SAR across 693 orders. Featuring BNPL more prominently at checkout and on PDPs could lift conversion further, especially for higher-AOV bundle purchases.

🟡 Riyadh concentration risk

Riyadh alone accounts for 35.2% of GOV (163,696.29 SAR / 548 orders). Jeddah is a distant second at 10.0%. Regional marketing spend and inventory allocation outside the top 3 cities may be under-optimized.

🟢 Evening demand window is sharply defined

5–9 PM accounts for the majority of daily order value (peaking at 43,541.54 SAR at 5 PM alone). Scheduling flash sales, push notifications, and paid-media flighting to this window should improve ROAS.

⚪ Product concentration

The top 2 SKUs (114110001PX, 114140001PX) generate 22.1% of tracked product revenue. This creates both a merchandising strength (clear hero SKUs to promote) and a stock-out risk that should be monitored closely during peak hours.

⚪ Data hygiene

City field contains inconsistent casing ("Riyadh" vs. "riyadh"), splitting 35 orders / 9,869.33 SAR away from the main Riyadh total in raw exports. Recommend standardizing city values at entry or via a GTM/backend normalization rule.
